NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: The Mohawk Flooring Interactive House Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of Entry, or older at time of Entry. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. To enter, go to www.mohawkflooring.com/flooring-heights (“Website”) and follow the Entry instructions. Employees, officers and directors of Mohawk Flooring (“Sponsor”), and its parents, subsidiaries, distributors, dealerships and affiliated companies and their respective advertising and sweepstakes agencies, suppliers, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules.
2. How to Enter: You may enter for a chance to win beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET November 28, 2012 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET _______________4/30/2013____ (“Sweepstakes Period”) by going to the Website. Click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes Entry page, and then follow the directions to enter (“Entry”). Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer (the official Sweepstakes time keeping device) by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2013. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. When registering, you will be required to completely and accurately enter your name, mailing address, age, country, telephone number, and valid email address. Any error or omission in the information on the Entry form will void the Entry.
All Entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Entry per Prize, or one (1) Entry per alternate method of Entry. No more than five Entries per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by a household to obtain more than the five Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. All robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated Entries, or third party Entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize Details/Odds of Winning: One (1) Prize winner will receive the prize listed on the Entry form page linked to the photograph of the prize on the Website. Available Prizes are depicted on the Website. As Prizes are awarded during the Sweepstakes, the Winner of a particular Prize may be listed on the Website linked to the photograph of the prize won. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. There is a limit of one Prize per person/family/household during the entire Sweepstakes; a Winner of a Prize will not be awarded a second prize during the Sweepstakes. The value of each Prize does not exceed One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150). No transfer, substitution or cash alternative is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winning Entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder associated with such Entry, as solely determined by Sponsor. Installation, insurance, registration, taxes, and any fees or costs associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner agrees to look solely to manufacturer for any warranties on the prizes awarded. Trademarks associated with any Prizes used on the Website are the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated, the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. The alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. Drawing:The winner will be selected on or about Each Friday starting 1/12/2013 until the final drawing on 4/25/13 in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner by e-mail approximately 1 week after drawing by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Winner will be contacted via the information provided when entering the Sweepstakes and not via Facebook. Sponsor and Administrator do not assume any responsibility for any schedule changes in the Sweepstakes timeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor strikes, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events that disrupt the Sweepstakes schedule. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time.
5. Use of Information: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree and consent that any information provided upon entering may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy. 7. Limitations on Liability: THE SPONSOR AND ITS AGENCIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, ILLEGIBLE, MISDIRECTED OR DAMAGED ENTRIES. ENTRIES VOID IF OBTAINED OUTSIDE AUTHORIZED, LEGITIMATE CHANNELS OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPUTER VIRUS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO PARTICIPANT’S COMPUTER BY ACCESSING SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TELEPHONE, COMPUTER, PRINTER, OR NETWORK MALFUNCTION ERROR. General Conditions: By entering, participant grants (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly if requested) to the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information at any time or times and for all times in perpetuity for advertising, trade, publicity and sweepstake purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, Winner is required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Social Security Number and Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification. If Potential Winner is a resident of TN, a Publicity Release is not required. If the documents are not returned in a timely manner, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, refused or declined, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries.
If Sponsor cannot run this Sweepstakes as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor may terminate the Sweepstakes early. In that event, Sponsor will post notice of such termination on the Website and will select the potential Winner via a random drawing from all eligible Entries. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.
By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state courts in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. PRIVACY: When you enter at the Website, in addition to information required to be supplied to enter the Sweepstakes, your information may also be used to contact you with promotional e-mails and reminders for promotions and information about Sponsor and Sponsor’s third party dealers and distributors. You may remove your consent to receive these promotional contacts at any time. The use of such e-mails shall be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available on Sponsor’s website.
10. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the winners (available after _________4/30/13______________), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Mohawk Flooring Interactive House Sweepstakes, Mohawk Interactive, 1975 West Oak Circle, Marietta, GA 30062. VT residents may omit return postage. Requests received more than thirty (30) days after the last day to submit Entries will not be honored.
