We had Alberta Hardwood replace our house ground floor carpet with hardwood 15 years ago, the floors look great even now. So we were positively disposed towards them when we had a hot water tank burst in our basement, and had to replace the carpet. We contacted Tanya, who was lovely to deal with, who gave us a quickly available carpet and underlay, and really good installers, at a price we and our insurance company were happy with. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great experience start to finish. Trevor was awesome in helping us select our flooring. Marcie & Stella in the office were very efficient and friendly, and the installation crews were fast, professional and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!
We are so glad we chose Alberta Hardwood. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and accommodating while we hemmed and hawed over our flooring decisions, and ended up getting us exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price.
Our installers were outstanding. Bojan and Joe (who did our hardwood) were extremely pleasant to work with and super accommodating while we performed other renovations alongside the flooring project. These were stressful times while we were coordinating other trades and doing our own DIY jobs, and they made the experience so enjoyable and smooth. Their work was also 10/10. They paid close attention to details, worked tirelessly and efficiently, and the finished product was really as good as you can ask for. I absolutely can't recommend these guys enough.
Januz and Olti (who did our tile) had a smaller job, but they were also super pleasant to work with, clearly cared about their work, and did an equally fantastic job on our bathrooms and entrances.
Good help is hard to find out there, but the folks at Alberta Hardwood are the real deal! Thank you for everything!
